I began short track speed skating at the age of 10 and have dedicated 20 years to the sport. In 2014, I was entrusted with leading a short track team, contributing to national competition placements and the development of athletes who competed at the All-Japan level.
In 2019, I became an independent trainer. As an instructor at the Japan Institute of Sports Sciences (JISS), I was involved in the Tokyo Olympics, providing personal support to numerous athletes and the general public. Drawing from my extensive competitive experience and knowledge in anatomy, kinesiology, and evolutionary biology, I pursued the essence of skating based on the “true nature of the human body.” To disseminate this knowledge, I launched Ice College in 2023. My theories, which challenge conventional skating wisdom, have garnered a significant following worldwide.
The “Ice College Online Course” is a comprehensive platform where these theories can be deeply explored. Our mission continues today, equipping skaters around the globe with the skills to achieve success in any environment.

10歳のときにショートトラックを始め、20年に渡って競技生活をおこなう。2014年にショートトラックチームの指導者としてチームを任され、国体入賞や全日本選手の輩出に貢献する。
2019年にトレーナーとして独立。国立スポーツ科学センター（JISS）の指導員として東京オリンピックに携わり、アスリートや一般の方へのパーソナルサポートを多数実施。
これまでの競技経験と解剖学や運動学、進化生物学などの知見から導き出される「人間の身体の本質」をもとにスケートの本質を追求し、それを広めるために2023年にIce Collegeの活動をスタートした。これまでのスケートの常識を覆す理論に定評があり、世界中から多くの支持者を集めている。
『Ice Collegeオンラインコース』はこれらの理論を包括的に深く学べる場所である。世界中のスケーターが「どんな世界でも」成果を出し続ける技術を身に付けられるように今日も活動は続く。
